Leading beauty partnerships at Instagram, Kristie Dash has been a resource to brands and creators on the platform for the last five years. She originally found her path after interning in various departments at Vogue, Teen Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. Her first role at Condé Nast was at Lucky Magazine as the assistant to the editor in chief (Eva Chen), and she went on to Allure where she served as digital beauty editor. As a journalist working during the rise of social media, it was a natural and welcomed transition for her to start consulting for brands, public figures, and publishers who were looking to revamp their digital strategies. This led to experience in London producing Instagram-first stories for Sunday Times Style and Vogue International. Shortly after moving back to New York for a consulting position at Hearst, she joined Instagram’s fashion and beauty partnerships team.

In her role at Instagram, Kristie works on GTM strategies for product launches (Reels, Instagram Checkout, IGTV), educates the world's most influential brands and people about new digital storytelling mediums, and executes innovative activations to push culture forward.
